Rischenda Poulson

Counsellor / Psychotherapist

Dip(Couns), Fdsc, BA(Hons), MBACP

Rischenda is a fully qualified counsellor/psychotherapist who has many years of experience in systemic relational counselling for adults on a one-to-one basis. Her training at the University of Greenwich provided Rischenda with the integrative and comprehensive theoretical framework which underpins and informs her clinical practice.

Richenda has experience treating a diverse range of clients presenting with a spectrum of multi-faceted and complex issues, both in private practice and within a palliative care setting. She uses an integrative therapeutic approach, which enables Rischenda to tailor her practice to the specific needs of each individual. She is able to help members explore their behavioural patterns, and the connections between their thoughts, emotions, behavior, and physical symptoms. This in turn can help members change their behavioral patterns and enhance their emotional and mental wellbeing.
