Peter is a qualified GP exercise referral instructor and personal trainer, with a background in tai chi, Pilates, yoga, and functional resistance training. Peter combines these methods to create his own holistic and effective training sessions. The sessions enable members to reach their goals in improving posture, mobility, balance, and function, and in helping members achieve more centered bodies and minds.
