Henry graduated with a BA Hons in Sports and Exercise Science with an Anthropology degree, and has seven years personal training experience working with a broad mix of clients.
Henry is passionate about helping members achieve their fitness goals, and he specialises in weight loss, body fat reduction, building lean muscle, strength and conditioning, and high intensity training. He also has in interest in lifestyle consulting and nutrition and is able to offer members tailored advice in these areas. Henry is skilled in developing bespoke fitness plans for members to help them achieve their personal goals.
